Getting started
Most teams are live in a few minutes. After you sign up, your dashboard walks you through the same three steps.
1. Add your knowledge
Write a few FAQs, start from an industry template or import your website. On paid plans you can also upload documents.
2. Ask it a question
Open "Test it live" in your dashboard and try the questions your customers ask most.
3. Add it to your website
Copy your snippet from "Install on your website" and paste it into your site. That's it.
Install the widget
Paste the snippet just before the closing </body> tag on every page where you want the assistant, or into your site builder's footer code setting. Your dashboard gives you a copy with your ID and key already filled in, plus steps for your platform. It takes about 2 minutes.
<script
src="https://qurius.app/widget-iframe-embed.js"
data-id="YOUR_COMPANY_ID"
data-key="YOUR_WIDGET_KEY"
data-plan="starter"
data-theme="auto"
data-primary-color="#3B82F6"
></script>| Attribute | Description |
|---|---|
data-idrequired | Your company ID. Filled in for you in the dashboard. |
data-keyrequired | Your widget key. It's visible in your page source, which is expected. Set allowed domains in widget settings to control where it works. |
data-plan | Your current plan (free, starter, growth or pro). |
data-theme | auto, light or dark. Defaults to auto, which matches your site's light or dark look and follows its theme switch. |
data-primary-color | Accent color as a hex value, e.g. #3B82F6. |
Works anywhere you can add a script tag: plain HTML, React, Next.js, Vue, WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, Framer and most site builders. In single-page apps, add it once to your root HTML file rather than to individual components.

Growth+Tips for better answers
- Write questions the way customers ask them, not the way your team talks internally.
- Keep answers short (two or three sentences) and say what to do next.
- Cover pricing, setup, billing and cancellation first. They come up the most.
- Check knowledge gaps weekly and turn the top unanswered questions into FAQs.
Customize
Open Widget settings from the Overview tab of your dashboard to make the assistant look and behave like part of your product.

The widget doesn't appear on my site
- Make sure the snippet is on the page you're viewing and sits just before
</body>. - Check that
data-idanddata-keymatch the snippet in your dashboard exactly. - If you've set allowed domains in widget settings, your site's domain must be on the list (subdomains are included).
- The widget doesn't run on localhost. Test on a deployed site, or use "Test it live" in your dashboard.
- Open your browser's developer console and look for messages starting with "Qurius AI".
Answers are vague or wrong
- Check knowledge gaps to see which questions it's missing, then add FAQs for them.
- Make answers specific. "Plans start at $29/month" beats "We have flexible pricing".
- If your website changed, run a fresh crawl so the assistant isn't using old content.
